How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because a brochure site and an ongoing social and ads programme are not the same job. We build a package around what you actually need rather than fitting you to a fixed tier, and most of our clients work with us as their marketing team on a rolling monthly retainer. Where that is the arrangement we ask for a six to twelve month minimum, because very little of this work pays back inside a single month. Tell us the budget you have in mind on the first call and we will tell you straight what it can realistically cover.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the service. Google Ads can be driving traffic within days of going live. Social runs to a monthly content calendar. A website depends largely on how quickly content and feedback come back from your side. SEO is a longer game, measured in months rather than weeks. You get a timeline with your quote rather than a guess here.
Who actually does the work?
We do. Strategy, branding, design, web, SEO, paid, social management, content production and the offline work all sit in house, and the people on your first call are the people on your project. You are not handing a brief to someone who quietly hands it on again.
Do you support us after launch?
Yes, and it is how most of our clients work with us. Websites need updating and campaigns need running, so the relationship usually carries on as a rolling monthly retainer with us acting as your marketing team, rather than ending on the day the site goes live.
Can you work with the website we already have?
Often, yes. Sometimes it is quicker and cheaper to fix what you have than to start again, and we will tell you which it is before you spend anything on either.
