This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website and services, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data We Manage for Our Clients (Google Ads)

We run Google Ads campaigns for clients. To do this, a client gives us access to their Google Ads account, and we receive campaign data from it, such as:

  • Campaign, ad group, keyword, and search term performance (impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions)
  • Enquiry and conversion records that the client’s campaigns generate, such as contact form submissions, calls, or bookings, where the client shares them with us to measure results
  • Limited technical data, such as device type, location at region or city level, and click identifiers, as provided by Google Ads and the client’s website analytics

For this work, the client is the data controller and we act as their data processor, under their written instructions. We use this data only to set up, run, report on, and improve that client’s advertising. We do not sell it, share it with any third party, or use it for our own marketing or for any other client’s campaigns. Google processes the data within its own Google Ads service under its own privacy policy.

We keep client Google Ads data only for as long as we are working on that client’s account. When the engagement ends, we delete the data we hold, and the client can revoke our access to their Google Ads account at any time.
